Can one subscription support multiple boards or related entities?
Yes. Multi-board and multi-entity configurations may be available for housing authorities with affiliated nonprofits, PFCs, or other governance bodies. Pricing will reflect the structure being supported.
Will future modules be included automatically?
Future modules—such as financial dashboards, procurement tracking, capital fund tracking, compliance tools, and board action tracking—may be offered separately or added to future subscription options. Availability and pricing have not yet been finalized.
Can the platform be branded for our agency?

Who owns our data?
Data ownership, access, backups, retention, portability, privacy, and related terms will be addressed in the final service agreement. These terms should be reviewed before enrollment.
